Terms of Service
Duskwell is operated by Sparen Studio Corp. By placing a refundable deposit, you are reserving a Duskwell box from the first production batch. Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before your box ships. The remaining balance is charged only when your box is ready to ship (we're targeting spring 2027). We reserve the right to cancel reservations and issue full refunds if the product does not proceed to production. All prices are in CAD. Free shipping applies within Canada on the Founder's Box and Ritual Bundle. Duskwell is a pre-launch product. We plan to sell it as a licensed natural health product once authorized by Health Canada. Privacy Policy
We collect your name and email when you reserve a box or sign up for updates. Payments and waitlist signups are processed and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. We do not sell your data. We may send you occasional updates about Duskwell, and you can unsubscribe anytime. To request deletion, email hello@duskwell.ca.
